Sit back and relax. We provide all equipment, tools and chemicals. Even if you don't have a single broom in the house, our team will handle the move-in or move-out cleaning for you.

The process of move-in or post tenancy cleaning is as below:
1. Supervisor and team arrives with all tools and equipment
2. Supervisor inspects areas of house and takes 'Before' photos
3. Cleaning commences
4. Upon completion of cleaning, customer is invited to walk through the house for an inspection.
5. If there is any area of dissatisfaction, the supervisor will rectify it.
6. Once customer is satisfied, Supervisor takes 'After' photos, the acknowledgement form will be signed and the job will be considered complete.

What do I need to do before moving?
On a pre arranged date before moving, we will deliver carton boxes to you for ease of packing. You will need to place an additional deposit for the boxes which is fully refundable upon collection of boxes in good condition. We will be able to help you estimate the number of boxes you need for the size of your house.

You will need to pack small items into the boxes before the moving date, to ensure a quicker and more efficient move.
I am not yet sure of my moving date. What if I need to reschedule? What is your rescheduling / cancellation policy like?
We try our best to provide a flexible rescheduling policy. Please see below:

Rescheduling:
More than 48 hours before booking: No Penalty
24 - 48 hours before booking: $100 penalty
Less than 24 hours: 50% penalty

Cancellation:
More than 48 hours before: 90% refund of deposit
24 - 48 hours before booking: 50% refund of deposit
Less than 24 hours: 100% forfeiture of deposit

Will you provide boxes?
On a pre arranged date before moving, we will deliver carton boxes to you for ease of packing. You will need to place an additional deposit for the boxes which is fully refundable upon collection of boxes in good condition. We will be able to help you estimate the number of boxes you need for the size of your house.

For other items like large pieces of fragile furniture, our moving team will wrap and protect them before the move.
Should I conduct move-in cleaning before or after my move?
We recommend that move-in cleaning be done BEFORE moving in, so that all areas of the house can be effectively cleaned without any furnitures blocking any areas.

However, moving does create some dust, so we recommend that a session of general housekeeping be conducted after moving is done, just to touch up any areas that might have been affected by the move.

Will you move my piano / antiques / other specialty furniture?
Yes, please specify any especially fragile or heavy items and we will ensure adequate protection for them during moving.
