Do I need to provide my own cleaning tools and chemicals?

Our workforce carries around a basic set of cleaning expendables and chemicals.

They are:
- Sponges & Green Pads
- Metal scrounge
- Microfibre Cloths (Blue, Red & Green)
- Glass ClothSpray Bottle
- Multipurpose Cleaning Cream
- Multipurpose Cleaning Liquid Solution
- Glass Cleaning Solution
- Kitchen Degreaser

You simply need to provide our crew with a vacuum cleaning or broom set, mop set and toilet brush for our crew to do their cleaning.

Can I get the same crew to service my apartment?

We will provide a regular Housekeeper to our customers as much as possible. If you book a regular weekly slot at the same time and day, we can ensure the same crew for you. You may also choose your preferred crew on our online booking system.
In case of emergencies or leave, our dedicated concierge team will ensure that the replacement crew are well-briefed so that there is little differentiation from the service given by one crew to another.

What is your cancellation policy like?

We only allow cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your booked appointment slot. If you feel that there was a mistake, please call us at 8787 8241. Our concierge team will be happy to serve your enquiries.
